You have to Communicate!
Whenever you are in a relationship, you have
to communicate. You can't just be the silent type never saying what
you think and hope for and assume that your significant other is going
to read your mind! You not communicating sends the message that they
aren't important to you. If they aren't important they probably are
going to go away. And do you really want that?

Well, probably the best way to stay in touch
with that loved one -- when you can be by his or her side, is to call.
Call them up and talk. Call from work, call them at work, call from
the car! That's only one of the reasons why it is important to have
a cellular phone in today's world. Besides being a big safety net for
you, you also get the benefits of having that phone with you where anyone
can get in touch with you. It will remove a lot of stress when you are
supposed to meet someone for dinner and one of you is running let, you
can give a courteous little call and let them know what's happening.

Sometimes you end up with a steady or a potential
date in a long-distance location. As unfortunate and difficult as that
is to deal with, in today's world you have the luxury of being able

a cell phone plan that gives you free long distance. That's the easiest
way to talk with them. BUT if you plan to talk a lot, you'll soon go
over your allocation of minutes and that'll kill you! So go ahead and
choose one of the low-cost long-distance providers that gives you good

High-Speed Internet
You know that if you are serious about online
dating then you really need to be using something other than
a dial-up Internet connection! You need either DSL or broadband. For
one thing they are blazingly fast! Another good thing about it is that
you don't have to wait for it to connect to your ISP. You also get to
use your telephone while you are using your computer, too. Never miss
your girlfriend/boyfriend calling. (Guys - you have to realize how important
this is... if your phone line is busy for hours then she's going to
suspect that you are talking to other chicks or surfing for porn.) With
